The reflux diet has been the most intimidating part of my battling this condition. As I have begun my search the information was simply overwhelming, and I did not know what to eat. This might sound familiar, as either the articles contradict themselves or the recipes produce tasteless meals that cannot be eater regularly by a sane person. I have devoted this section especially to make this process easier and de-mystify what should be included in your diet, what shouldn’t and compare some of the different diets recommended out there. Everything here has been personally tasted by me, and I will never pass anything on without giving it my unbiased opinion.
